The terms that govern your use of this website.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
SwimLanes (this website and the SwimLanes platform) is owned and operated by TogaTech, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, doing business as Medical Cyber Specialties (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this public website. If you have questions about who we are, see our Contact page.
These Terms apply to your use of our public website — browsing, our marketing pages, and account registration. If your organization has an active SwimLanes subscription, your use of the software itself is additionally governed by a separately signed Software License Agreement, which controls over these Terms for anything specific to the software (available at Institution Admin → Legal & Compliance once you have an account).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to use this website to violate any applicable law, infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or interfere with its normal operation.
The SwimLanes name, branding, and website content are owned by TogaTech, LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited right to use the site as intended.
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. (The software itself, for paying customers, carries the specific warranty terms set out in the separate License Agreement.)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TogaTech, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
